The dataset

Everything behind the pages and the API, in one download. The export is deterministic: the same release produces the same bytes, and the fingerprint below covers the canonicalised sources and objects. That lets you check later whether you are working with the release you cited.

Citing

The citation file is in Citation File Format, which reference managers and repositories read. If you want to refer to a single obligation rather than the whole dataset, use the citation block on that obligation’s page: it carries the identifier, the version and the payload hash of that one object.

To the obligations

What is in it and what is not

The export contains the full bilingual payload of every object, with all versions, the review status and the source register. It contains no personal data and no assessment of an individual organisation: the assessment endpoints store nothing and therefore contribute nothing here.

Terms and scope

The export is free to read and reuse under the published terms. The linked official sources remain subject to their own terms: we do not reproduce the texts from EUR-Lex and the Commission, we point at them with a locator.

Machine-readable description

The DCAT description with distributions, service description and provenance sits on the dataset endpoint. The contract of the API is in the OpenAPI document.
