Signed assessment

A DPIA, FRIA, AI Act classification, Article 50 check or review of an AI contract, with the legal source for every conclusion. AI drafts it, a legal adviser reviews and signs it. Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed up front.

  • A DPIA under Article 35 GDPR, with a FRIA or IAMA on the same facts where Article 27 AI Act applies
  • A classification opinion: is your system high-risk, with the reasoning per step
  • An Article 50 check for chatbots, voicebots and AI content, with notices you can publish straight away

EU authorised representative for AI providers

For providers outside the EU of general-purpose AI models (Art. 54 AI Act) and of high-risk AI systems (Art. 22 AI Act, applicable from 2 December 2027 or 2 August 2028, depending on the system). Optionally also as your representative under the GDPR (Art. 27). I check the technical documentation, keep it for ten years and act as your point of contact for the AI Office and the supervisory authorities.

  • A written mandate in line with Art. 54(3) and 54(4) AI Act
  • A check that the technical documentation (Annex XI) and the information for downstream providers exist, with a short report on what is missing
  • Keeping the documentation for ten years after the model is placed on the market
