Questions
What does an Article 50 check cost?
€1,950 excluding VAT, up to 5 applications. Lead time: 2 weeks. You receive a proposal with a fixed scope and the same price as on this page up front. The contracting party is Embed AI (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 90283597).
Was Article 50 not postponed?
No. Article 50 has applied since 2 August 2026. Only the machine-readable marking of paragraph 2 has a transition period until 2 December 2026 for systems already on the market.
What if we have more than five applications?
You receive a fixed price for the larger number up front. Often the AI Act scan is then the better fit.
